Difference between private event redemption value and public market value

5. Wallet Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your wallet, private keys, seed phrase, passwords, and access credentials.
House Nouveau Riche and The Veblen Standard cannot recover lost wallets, lost private keys, lost seed phrases, incorrectly sent tokens, or tokens sent to unsupported addresses or incorrect networks.
You should only use Base-compatible wallets and should verify all transaction details before sending, receiving, importing, swapping, or interacting with VBLN.
6. Blockchain Transactions Are Final
Blockchain transactions are generally irreversible.
Once a transaction is submitted to the blockchain, it may not be possible to cancel, reverse, modify, or recover the transaction.
House Nouveau Riche and The Veblen Standard are not responsible for losses caused by incorrect addresses, user error, wallet compromise, failed transactions, network congestion, unsupported wallets, third-party platforms, or blockchain protocol issues.

VBLN may be viewable in Base-compatible wallets such as Coinbase Wallet, MetaMask, Rainbow, Rabby, Trust Wallet, or Safe by importing the official contract address.
House Nouveau Riche does not guarantee that VBLN will be listed on any exchange, tracked by any market data platform, supported by any wallet, or available through any third-party service.
9. Private Event Redemption
House Nouveau Riche may use VBLN-denominated private event credit for select events, activations, merchandise, or experiences.
Any private event redemption value applies only within the specific House Nouveau Riche event environment and should not be interpreted as the public market price of VBLN.
Private event access, redemption, merchandise availability, NFC invitation use, guest eligibility, wallet redemption, and event participation may be subject to additional rules, verification, availability, capacity, and operational requirements.
House Nouveau Riche reserves the right to modify, limit, deny, or cancel event access or redemption activity where necessary for operational, security, compliance, or brand-protection reasons.
10. Public Launch and Liquidity
Any public launch, liquidity event, trading activity, or market access involving VBLN may be subject to timing, market conditions, technical readiness, liquidity availability, and project discretion.
Information about launch dates, liquidity structure, market details, trading availability, or rollout plans may change.
House Nouveau Riche does not guarantee that public trading will begin on a specific date, that liquidity will be available in a specific amount, or that any participant will be able to buy, sell, or trade VBLN at any expected price.
11. Tokenomics and Allocation Information
Tokenomics, allocation categories, reserves, team allocations, sponsor allocations, Friends & Family support structures, liquidity planning, marketing reserves, and other project details may be provided for transparency.
Such information is subject to change based on operational needs, legal review, market conditions, event requirements, project strategy, or technical constraints.
No allocation, reserve, bonus, reward, event credit, or distribution should be interpreted as a guarantee of financial return, liquidity, or future value.
12. Friends & Family Liquidity Support
House Nouveau Riche may conduct a Friends & Family liquidity support round to help support the initial liquidity pool.
Any contribution, allocation, bonus structure, or participation opportunity is subject to eligibility, documentation, internal approval, wallet verification, and applicable rules.
Participation does not guarantee profit, appreciation, public market liquidity, or future value.
House Nouveau Riche may modify or cancel any Friends & Family support structure if necessary.
